Loose kerbstone in Torrisholme

Fix Morecambe's Problem Pavements

Lancashire County Council have let pavements across Morecambe fall into poor, or even dangerous, levels of disrepair. Leaving many residents feeling unsafe to even walk to the shops for fear of tripping or falling. The County Council must take this issue seriously and set out a plan for repairing pavements across Morecambe.

The Liberal Democrats are calling on Lancashire County Council to fix Morecambe's problem pavements and make sure repairs are completed as soon as possible.

Residents in Morecambe deserve pavements that are safe and fit for purpose. It is unacceptable that the County Council have let our pavements reach this state.

Cllr Gerry Blaikie, Liberal Democrat Councillor for Bare

Fix our Problem Pavements
